It is time for another addition, since it has been a while since I posted. At WXUT we are always trying to make things better for our DJ’s and keep up with commercial and other non-commercial stations. Lately we have been making a lot of these changes to keep the station up to professional standards. Currently I am working on putting together a proposal to get the station the funding we need to do a much needed remodel of our space. If you have ever been in our studio you would see the outdated soundproofing on the walls that is falling off the walls. You would also notice that it is pretty small which makes it difficult to conduct live interviews with bands. All of these issues and others will be addressed.
