Station Supervisor
Tisha Mays
Tisha is a Professor and Faculty Advisor for WXUT 88.3, the university's radio station. She teaches courses such as Audio I, Audio II, The Art of Podcasting, Media Producing and Performance, Social Media I & II, and Communication Principles and Practices, emphasizing experiential learning and practice.
Tisha is deeply committed to advocating for students and served as an Equity Champion for the Student Experience Project, a university initiative aimed at fostering a sense of belonging on campus.
She has actively participated in national panels on topics such as Recruitment and Retention During Covid Years, Black Voices in Podcasting, and Teaching Audio Production, and has facilitated professional development panels on child literacy, workforce development, and college pedagogy.

Station Manager
Trip Floyd
Trip has served as the Station Manager of WXUT since March of 2024. A senior media communications major, he has hosted his show STAFF MEETING (Thursdays from 8-10PM) since Fall 2023 and has trained countless DJs and put new shows on the air "like nobody's business."
He helped spearhead the revival of the station, increasing membership from 12 to 85 active members, on-air programming from 3 to 30+ student-produced shows, lobbying to secure over $10,000 in funding, showcasing local area artists, and is a fierce advocate for student media on UToledo campus.
When he's not in the station assembling his newest plan to expand WXUT's global media empire or working for your UT Rockets, the Toledo Walleye/Mud Hens, or Detroit Pistons, he can be found two-stepping at your local house show. In his spare, spare time, he "enjoys" golfing at Ottawa Park.

Program Director
Asa Kridelbaugh
Asa is a fourth year Media Communication major. His love and interest in classic rock brought him to WXUT 3 years ago. He is the host of 'Flying with the Ace' on Thursday nights. He hopes to continue his radio journey after graduation in May and find a career in what he loves.

Chief Engineer
Autumn Cierniak
Autumn is a third year Media Communication major and a WGST minor. A love for talking and having a platform to speak on brought her to WXUT 2 years ago. She is the cohost of Your Sister's iPod and wants to use her experience here to continue a career in media and keep honing her experience at WXUT.

Music Director
Zohaib Lughmani
Sophomore biology student by day and WXUT Music Director by night, Zohaib Lughmani lives for all things "shoegaze." Join him on the airwaves for his show, Drop Dead Drab, every Wednesday night from 10–11 PM for a curated wall of sound.

Sports Director
Anthony Kruszka
Anthony is a junior media communications major and has been with WXUT since his first semester at UT in 2023. He currently serves as sports director, host of The Toledo Sports Hour radio show, and provides play by play/color commentary on Toledo athletics. His passion for sports and involvement with the station has provided unforgettable experiences throughout his college career.

Promotions Director
Payton Schmitz
Payton is a Senior studying Media Communication and has served as the Promotions Director since March of 2025. His passion for the game of baseball and sports in general brought him to WXUT in the Spring of 2024. Payton began hosting Behind The Plate (Wednesday's 8-10 PM), WXUT's only baseball centric show in February of 2025.

During his time at WXUT, Payton has also served as part apart of the Sports Broadcasting Team as a Play-By-Play & Color Commentator. In addition to broadcasting sporting events & hosting his show, Payton oversees all of the station's promotional material including this very website!

Member Engagement
Ellë Papadis
Ellë is a senior studying sociology at UT and has been a director since January 2025. She sought out a radio station for her college experience since her mother and sister had college radio shows of their own.
Ellë is the showrunner and host of the indie rock and talk show, Your Sister’s iPod (Saturday 8-10PM) When she’s not in the studio playfully arguing with Autumn, she’s painting, sewing, or reading.

Business Director
Ashley O'Loughlin
Ashley has served WXUT’s Business Director since the fall of 2025. She is majoring in Finance & Financial Management and is on track to graduate in May 2027. When she’s not at the station, she can usually be found around campus participating in various student organizations. After graduation, she aspires to become a financial advisor, using her education and campus leadership experience to guide others toward confident financial decision‑making.

Production Director
Tay Grace
Tay is a freshman Information Technology major with a concentration in cybersecurity and a minor in graphic design. She joined WXUT to combine her interests in technology, creativity, and music through campus radio. Tay is the host of Tay Talks, where she explores student life, mindset, and growth through conversation and curated sound.
