Senior Spotlight (Matthew Nash)

“I would say it’s bittersweet being a senior. I’m excited to start my career, but I’ll miss all the friends I’ve made and the organizations I’ve been part of – especially WXUT.”

Matthew Nash is another wonderful 2026 WXUT senior. Between Student Government, Finance Club, and planning events across campus, he stayed busy, but WXUT was always his place to breathe. His midnight show became a way to relax, unwind, and share music with others during stressful weeks.

“Enjoy your time here. Embrace the school spirit and build great relationships.”

After graduation, Matthew plans to use his criminal justice degree to work for homeland security.

He would like to thank his grandparents for supporting him and always listening to his show, and his parents for helping him throughout college.
